NOTICE: Special Meeting via Zoom

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a “Special Meeting” of the Keyport BID, Inc. (aka Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (“KBBC”)) Board of Directors (“Board”) will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held via Zoom. The information required to join the Zoom meeting will be posted in advance to the KBBC website, https://www.visitkeyport.org/.

The agenda of the meeting, to the extent currently known, includes the following items:

4. Old Business
5. New Business
   1. Radio advertisement
6. Public Comment
7. Adjournment

Formal action may be taken on these items. The KBBC Board reserves the right to address other matters and/or enter into closed session as deemed necessary.
